Carrot Cake
BAHAN-BAHAN
4 biji telur
1 1/4 cwn minyak sayur
2 cwn gula kastor
2 sdk esen vanilla
2 cwn tepung
2 sdk baking soda
2 sdk baking powder
1/2 sdk garam
1 sdk serbuk kulit kayu manis
3 cwn lobak disagat
1 cwn kacang pecan dicincang
FROSTING
1/2 cwn butter, softened
1/2 cawan gula kastor-buleh kurangkan kalau x nak manis
250gm cream cheese, softened
1 sdk esen vanila
CARA-CARANYA
1. Panaskan oven 175 degrees C. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan
2. Pukul telur, minyak, gula dan esen vanila.
3. Masukkan tepung, baking soda, baking powder, garam dan serbuk kayu manis.Gaul sebati.
4. Masukkan lobak merah, gaul dan akhir sekali masukkan kacang pecan.
5. Masukkan dalam loyang.
6. Bakar dalam oven selama 40-50 minit atau sampai masak. Sejukkan sebelumdisapu frosting.
FROSTING
1. Campurkan butter, cream cheese, gula dan esen vanila dalam mangkuk besar. Pukul sampai adunan smooth and creamy. Sapukan pada kek.
