Lepas tu dgn false detection of plasenta previa spt entry sblm ni dan semasa nak bersalin wad penuh. Terpaksa duduk di labour room sampai bersalin, bayangkan dari pukul satu pagi sampai jam 11 ke esokkan harinya dgn keadaan katil labour room yg kecil dan sungguh tak selesa. Sakit bersalin agak lama kali ni, walaupun dah pecahkan air ketuban dan masuk drip, bukaan tetap 5-6 cm dan kepala baby takmau turun. Doktor decide nak guna either forcep or vacuum sebagai bantuan, bila dgr mcm tu hati dah tak keruan, dahlah tak tidur semalaman dgn contraction yg tak berhenti-henti dan panjang, sungguh menyeksa.. masa tu mmg doa banyak2 agar cepat2 lah baby keluar dah tak tahan rasanya menanggung sakit. Mulut memang tak henti-henti membaca doa Nabi Yunus. Selalu bila disuntik dgn ubat tahan sakit mesti aku tertidur dan hanya berjaga bila contraction dtg tp kali ni memang takleh tido langsung, sampai nurse pun heran. Nurse kata heart beat baby semakin lemah dan baby perlu bantuan oksigen. En hubby yg setia menunggu di sebelah pun dah mula resah, dengan air cond yg sejuk (tapi pada aku sgt panas) dan tak tido semalaman sama macam aku.<br />Namun tepat jam sebelas aku rasa mcm nak bersalin sgt, nurse yg baru keluar dari bilik dipanggil masuk semula, kemudian doktor pun dtg. Dengan 2 kali teran jer, Alhamdulillah baby pun keluar. Lepas tu aku terus pengsan dan tak ingat apa2 lagi dah.. sedar2 diaorg kejut aku suruh pindah katil dan dibawa ke ward. Hari ke dua, kami dah boleh keluar ward dan perlu dtg semula pada hari ke empat (Sabtu, 18/4) utk check sama ada baby kena jaundice atau tak.<br />Kami dtg ptg Sabtu dan result hanya dpt diketahui pada mlm tu jam 12 mlm nurse call rumah kata jaundice baby tinggi dan baby perlu dimasukkan ke hospital. Bacaan masa tu 16 atau 200 lebih. Sebab dah mlm kami decide nak pegi esok jer dan baby kena tahan ward 2 hari. Baby diletakkan bawah UV lamp kaler biru dgn hanya pakai pampers n mata ditutup.<br />Bila dah keluar kami kena bawa check lagi selepas 3 hari dan doktor kata masih ada lagi demam kuning dia. Doktor kata kalau prolong jaundice menunjukkan masalah dgn hati dan doktor bg lagi masa lagi seminggu utk check lagi. Doktor suruh check pada najis baby kalau kaler najis warna krim or cerah doktor minta cepat2 bawa ke klinik. Sementara nak tunggu seminggu tu mcm2 perkara kami buat utk reduce demam kuning tu, jemur baby kat cahaya matahari pagi, bagi minum air gula batu dan air halwa kundur dan selepas 20 hari alhamdulillah demam baby dah sembuh. Hari ni takdelah nak citer pasal masak-masak sebab dapur dah jarang berasap oleh kerana dah tak larat dan tak sempat nak jengah ke dapur. Kalau jengah pun setakat nak minum air masak dan buat air teh 0 jer. Cuma hari ni nak share rasa yg terbuku dihati. Petang tadi pi monthly check up mengandung seperti biasa tapi yg bezanya hari ni dari segi result, Dr kata aku ada placenta previa type II or III yang mana peluang nak bersalin secara normal adalah tipis. Dengan erti kata lain aku kena bersalin secara C-section atau pembedahan kata org melayu.<br /><br />Placenta previa ni maksudnya uri berada dlm kedudukan yg sgt rendah, sepatutnya uri berada dibahagian atas tp kali ni uri sgt rendah dah hampir menutup pintu servik (nak gambaran jelas refer pada pict kat atas). Dr kata aku terpaksa bersalin dihospital kerajaan sebab di hospital kerajaan bekalan darah ada byk dan kalau tak cukup boleh minta dari hosp lain berbanding dgn klinik dia yg ada bekalan darah yg terhad. Dr tak mahu amik risiko, klinik dia cuma ada lebih kurang 2.5 L jer dan aku perlukan lebih kurang 4 L. Dr kata ada patient dia yg direfer ke PPUM memerlukan lebih kurang 10L darah. Bila dgr mcm tu naik kecut perut dibuatnya. Aku minta Dr buat referral letter ke hospital kerajaan dan esok aku aku jumpa dgn pakar di hosp kerajaan utk tau lebih detail lagi.<br /><br />Kebanyakan kes akan ada bleeding bila dah masuk trimester ke tiga ni, tp alhamdulillah aku so far takde lagi. Cuma kerap bleeding diawal kehamilan maybe tu juga satu petanda. Nak kata baby besar sgt takdelah sgt sbb dr kata berat baby baru 2.8 kg jer, kalau nak banding kakak n abg dia dulu 3.6 dan 3.5 kg. Kawan yg ada pengalaman pasal placenta previa ni boleh lah share. Sangat berdebar ni.... Doakan yang terbaik utk saya dan moga Allah permudahkan segala urusan serta selamatkan saya dan baby. Amin. Beriya dia suruh aku test diaorg punya pau, ok ke tak, tanya aku sanggup tak kalau hari2 kena buat food testing pau, aku yg mmg nak sgt keje masa tu, mmg akan kata boleh ajer..walaupun aku tak dpt nak membayangkan muka aku yg akan gebu mcm pau sbb hari2 kena paksa makan pau. Dah lama aku verangan nak pegi kelas talam chef asma tapi tak berkesempatan, yelah mana nak sama kalau gi kelas dgn main ikut-ikut jer, belajar mesti berguru kan, barulah tak sesat. Bukan sibuk sgt dgn kelas sampai tak sempat nak berblogging tapi mood takde. banyak yang nak diceritakan dan dikongsi bersama tapi entahlah. Semester ni cuma amik 3 subjek jer dan kelas hanya pada hari isnin dan Jumaat. Makan kenyang sangat sampai rasa nak muntah. Tak habis kami minta bungkus bawa balik.
